What seemed to be an ordinary day at Columbine high school turned into a tragedy that shattered the nation. …their highest potential. They should nurture their intellectual, social, and emotional growth. Teachers also need to objectively observe and monitor student’s interaction with their peers. In a world filled with so much violence it is critical to provide teens with a strong foundation. The tragedy of Columbine should never happen again. I believe it can be prevented by a more interactive and open relationship between students, teachers, parents, and the rest of the community.
