…return. This would have been good news, except for the fact that my grandfather was scheduled to return to Florida the previous day. My Grandfather, despite his limited mobility, enjoyed his family visit in New Jersey. It would have been much easier on my mother, however, with the simple convenience of a handicapped parking permit. It is sad that a privilege, which has been granted by the government, winds up being to difficult too obtain.
