…decision in 1979, as judge Noel Fox looked to an 1836 treaty with the Ojibway. The Ojibway are now using the resources of the Great Lakes to better themselves, and their culture. The book overall was very informative, and while I enjoyed Mountain Wolf Woman more I learned more from People of the Three Fires. I think the assigned books have been very helpful in my understanding the issues of different tribes and groups of Native Americans.
