Many lawsuits against schools are being pursued by parents, arguing that children have a right to dress as they please. Students have been suspended for vulgarity on t-shirts, hair too long, skirts/shorts to short and not enough clothing on, etc. In conclusion, students should have their right to individuality within reason and administrators should emphasize more on education.
