Future of Multicultural Issues

Within the next five years, I guarantee that I will have to face many multicultural issues. As a leader, I will have to face issues dealing with my religion and my class will come in to play in whatever situation I may find myself. …ristian. However, I should not let these labels restrict who I become. Nor should I let these labels define who I work with, spend social time with, look up to, or identify with. Her ultimate message is one that should be heard by all. We must remember who we are, and where we have come from; but in no way should we let that ultimately dictate who we can become, or what we can accomplish.
