Criminal Justice The following paper was written with the intent to give an accurate description of the duties performed by Juvenile Case Managers in the Juvenile Justice System. …the interview and phone conversations with Ms. Winokur, I have come to the conclusion that money is what compels her. Caseworkers must be caring people who love both life and children. I have had the pleasure to conduct both an interview and research that is overwhelmingly interesting. I have over the last month contemplated the idea of switching my career goal somewhere in the vicinity of social work. The experience was both intriguing and enjoyable.
