Macbeth

In the beginning of the play, Macbeth is a good and noble man. He essentially, however, becomes a weak man who is manipulated by the witches and his wife, Lady Macbeth, to perform evil deeds. What is frightening about Macbeth is the fact that an essentially good man can be corrupted by people he trusts. His weakness of not being able to make his own decisions, causes him to fall victim to the powerful deceit of the witches and Lady Macbeth. If this can happen to Macbeth, it can happen to anyone.
