Marhsall Plan, give a write up of the Marshall Plan, and it effect to post war Europe

…get it passed by Senate. The Marshall Plan, as defined by Marshall himself as a "directed approciate agaisnt hunger, poverty, desperation and Choas." Measured agaisnt this, therefore the task it jugded as a great success. It was a success if reviving the economic state of Europe, while stopping the stread of Communism. It agaisnt this that United States of America has been able to use this Plan, as a major factor in their foreign policies.
