My Life

In this paper, I would like to examine the development of my personality, concentrating on my relationship with my father. I grew up with two older brothers and my father treated me pretty much equal with them. I remember when I was around the age of 4 or 5 receiving a new basketball for Christmas. …because he really wanted us to succeed in life and not end up working a factory job like he was. We were part of the working class and his requirements of obedience and respect came as a result of what thought he were the best qualities we needed to possess to succeed. It was then that I realized that my father was not really the harsh dictator that I had always imagined him to be.
