…Age. No one will ever know why these people were so intensely individualist and felt compelled to achieve excellence, no matter how rich or poor, in whatever they did. No one knows why they were so passionate about pursuing the idea of beauty or why they were so zealous about endless intellectual reflection, and esthetic dialogues. Every one of these values is manifested in some degree in nearly everything they did, said, wrote, or made.
