Before Martin Luther, and before Europe had undergone the Reformation, the people of this area felt a sense of disaster arising among them. A number of problems within the Catholic Church attributed to these catastrophic feelings that the people were facing. The Reformation was a gateway into the modern society that we are fortunate enough to live in today. It provided a means for the people of England to convey their personal feelings and ideas to one another in a successful effort to expand upon religious teachings and other characteristics of life. <Tab/>
