For starters, there are countless examples of discrimination against those of lower social standings. The poor, or less fortunate, people are, in most cases, treated more like animals than human beings. Also, the people in these stories show a lack of priorities, and morals. …and immorality. People of lower social standings were discriminated against heavily, and treated very unreasonable. Also, the morals and priorities in this literary world were completely ignored; people made poor decisions, and hurt others, and themselves in the process. Not to mention countless innocent people went through numerous rough times, and lived extremely unfair lives. So many people in these stories experienced undeserved lives. Overall, these selections depicted a world of many injustices and wrongdoings.
