Business success very simply revolves around effective communication both within a business and between representatives of that business and others on the outside. Many employees already have effective communication skills that they have learned through school or through their own personal efforts. Others however have a long way to go. Employers should develop ways to assess these skills and to provide appropriate training when necessary.
