In the world there are very many different environmental issues that effect the Earth. Our mere existence causes problems and poses great threats to our environment each day. Many people think they can go on blindly living their lives; that there is nothing they can do or that they have no effect on the world around them. Each of these issues has an effect on my life even if the local drought may be looming over us here in Georgia; the issue of energy is also there. People tend to notice what is going on right in front of them, the drought, but do not take as much notice or care about things that are not directly affecting them, the energy issues.
