911, Atacks that changed a nation.

Very few Americans will argue against the fact that this country, or even the entire world, has changed since the terrorist attacks of 9/11 .Before the terrorist attacks many Americans believed that something as dire as the 9/11 attacks would never befall upon this great nation. These American citizens were wrong, very wrong, and the attacks proved the country is in reality, dreadfully vulnerable and open to attack from afar. …the occurrences that do manifest (extra time being spent at the airport) result in loss of personal freedom. The truth is that sacrifice is usually for the better. However, there are problems with taking away one's personal freedom. A child not being permitted to play at a park for his/hers parent's fear of terrorism isn't ethical. We decide how we react to the entirety of the world events. "It's choice-not chance-that determines your destiny."
