A Brief Discussion of Judaism

Judaism is a religion that has been around for many years, since the time of Moses, ca. the thirteenth century B.C. That was the time in which God designated the Hebrews as His chosen people, brought them out of slavery in Egypt to the Promised Land (what is now Israel), and bestowed on them the stone tablets on which were inscribed the Ten Commandments. Exodus is a fascinating history of an emerging people, as they break loose from tyranny and follow their God to the Promised Land. I think that the Jews have great faith, and whether it is the 'correct' religion or not, they are dedicated, passionate, and possess a sense of respect that I think a lot of other religions lack.
