…some draw backs as far as I'm concerned, yet it still is recognizable to me as a good film. But more important than my feelings towards the movie is the impact this film had on many like it and other films in the future. Some of the most epic scenes in movies have a lot to do with background and character development two things that John Ford does an excellent job of in this feature.
