CONCLUSION After the experiment, our original hypothesis, seeing if temperature has an effect on the activity of catalysts, our results showed that the hypothesis was not correct. The colder and hotter the temperate from each tube slowed down. However, colder temperatures did show some results; whereas heat showed no results. Among the temperatures tested, boiling water totally inactivated catalase.
