…The Iraqis are in the process of trying to unite the country after their leader was captured. We can see that there is very little stability in the country. We can learn from Africa that corruption and death will follow if a strong plan for economic, social and political stability is not enacted. Someone must supervise the country until such a plan is available. If not, it is likely that another dictator will gain power.
