…But in writing class where they use computers, professors have less time to devote to individual help and feedback because they are too busy being a computer troubleshooter. In conclusion, it may be wise to take another look at use of the computer in a college writing course. At first glance the computer offers excitement and a world of promise, but I think there is a serious question about whether it actually improve students writing.
