A chinese young adult in america

…his early thirties, so still a vibrant young man. He married a local Chinese woman that worked as a maid. She did not have any recollections of her parents, since they died when she was quite young. This makes it nearly impossible for me to trace my family farther back then my great grandparents. Anyways they moved to Hong Kong, because it seemed like a better place then they had been living at the time.
