Nadin Ospina is a Columbian artist that has done numerous works of art in her lifetime. Her latest series consists of statues that are based on North American cartoon figures. She has done figures of The Simpson's, Cartman from South park, Goofy, and Mickey. …lt;Tab/>In her sculpture titled "Untitled," she has carved an image into a rubber tire. There are Aztec Warriors that are carved into the center of the tire. These reflections of Aztec culture is found in a lot of her work. The tire is black, looks relatively new, and is 25 by eight inches in diameter. I was very surprised and wonder how she was able to cut so accurately into the tire.
