…needed to pull away from some of my external environment. I created different activities to do as my hobbies. I was much fuller of life. Looking back, it was an experience that should have never happened. However, people will tend to be mindless. But hopefully people are also able to look back and see some mindful behaviors in the process. My mindless experience has now led me to the mindful path that I now partake.
