I often got young girls who would need parental consent to have the abortion, unless they got a Judicial Bypass-where an underage girl feels that she cannot get parental consent, for whatever reason, and will go before a judge in her county and the judge will determine whether she is competent enough to make her own decision about having an abortion. …can tell, there are many sides to abortion. There will always be the people who want it to be illegal and the people who believe it is the mother's choice. And, as far as the legality behind, that issue will probably never come to an end either because of the different viewpoints, but because of the Ninth and Fourteenth Amendment, as for now, the government has no control over your right to receive an abortion.
