…than a BCK, because he was educated from may different kinds of cultures, which makes him understand other cultures better, and knows when to say "no" and when to say "yes" I'm not accurate all the times but, in many cases I am correct. However, people's morality comes from their backgrounds, which are their friends, parents, home, etc. Therefore, ethics and the knowledge of morality really depends from your child hood to your present life.
