Affirmative action is limiting the size a company can grow, hurting the people it was supposed to help, and is doing the vary thing it was suppose to end, discrimination. Affirmative action did not work in the 1960s and it is not working in the 1990s. Once affirmative action is abolished, and only then, will all groups of people be equal.
