I found this to be an exceptionally fascinating movie. One of the things that I became aware of from the beginning was that when Antonio Salieri was playing his own pieces I in no way remembered hearing of any of them. I think that they tried to make you feel the sorrowfulness of his death by not only showing the funeral and all the dark clothes, but also by making the setting in very dismal and rainy weather. Overall, I would say this was an excellent movie. It did a spectacular job of showing many diverse styles of music and in a manner that was still attention-grabbing and made you want to keep watching.
