…freedom of speech and religion, and through open debate and dialogue. And we build democracy by being a nation that creates both security and opportunity for all. We must not succumb to our fears for our physical security and economic well-being. These fears must not become a foregone reality. We as a people can create renewed security, opportunity, hope, solidarity and patriotism. After all, we are one people and one country. We are all Americans.
