An ideal society is a society that is a democracy with limited government. It's not always the best form of government but it's a great one in most cases. Some people will always hate a law or rule but the law is better for the majority of the people and should be for the majority. There will be laws passed and we can always overthrow them if it doesn't turn out how the government wanted to.
