Moreover, if VISA could do a restructuring that removes layers of management in its team, it could compress time that in needs during the process of making innovation or changing strategies (Bradmore, 1996; Porter, 1985). Hopefully, if VISA has done corporate restructuring, it could solve the other two issues above which, finally, will lead VISA to become a better credit card company and gain more market share in Australian credit card industry.
