…incompetent individuals as President. Neither men were incompetent and I would hate to think that they be thought as such, but they really should have thought about what they were doing before they did what they did. Maybe they did think about it and decided it wasn't that big of a deal, but it was a big deal because now neither of them will be mentioned with out their misdeeds taking precedent over their accomplishments.
