…the characteristics he felt justified his opinion, but was entirely too generalized once he approached a leadership trait of his example that entirely falsified his assignment of heroic degrees. Because this book is so often discussed with the 'leaders of tomorrow' in my profession, and so haphazardly accepted as a worthy 'guide' for those leaders to read and absorb, I felt it was necessary to dispel some of the blindly accepted inconsistencies within Keegan's work.
