Breakfast in 1700 as to now

…own technology and have to watch what we eat. In comparison to Today and the 1700s they both had there strong points and week points. In the 1700s she had to take time to prep and prepare the breakfast which I think took 2-3 hrs. Today our breakfast takes only a matter of minutes to prepare. In retrospect in the 1700s she did not have any of the same health issues as we have today.
