Facts: Lester Young was employed at Gemini Aluminum Corporation. Young also had been a Jehovah's Witness since May 1970, and had been attending 3-day conventions every year since that time as a form of worship and religious study in his faith. Conclusion: The judgment is reversed and the matter is remanded to the trial court with directions to vacate the writ of mandate and enter a new order denying the petition for writ of mandate. The Department shall recover costs on appeal.
