…to put up to more safety standards the companies try to just meet these standards to save money. The Russian made ones were built to strict government standards that no company could get around without consequences making them safer. My thoughts on this are that the U.S.S.R should have been more careful in preparing for an emergency and that the world should pay more attention to problems like this when they arise.
