…a 6-7 year old. This is due to him suffering pervasive developmental disorder, ADHD and having hydrocephaleus. This was all brought on being being born very premature. For this reason I am very wary of so called stages of development and of expecting children to be at any certain level by a particular age. It also puts un-necessary strain on those to try to pigeon hole children into a certain stage in the life cycle.
