…Servitto gave a perfect example of a solid ruling. Not only did he address the problems at hand, he also made his ruling very personal to the defendant; he made it known this was a chance of a lifetime and the defendant best use it wisely. Surprisingly, I agreed wholeheartedly with the judge's rulings in all of the cases I witnessed and they all retain the traits I deem to be essential for a judge.
