It follows the guidelines almost to a tee, and is very effective at communicating the intended messages. Dr. Martin Luther King, as is well known, is an excellent speaker, which even adds more to the actual textual content of the speech; but just reading the speech as it appears on the page is evidence that it definitely is one that moves people.
