In reviewing all the research summaries and listening to all the presentations. I came to a conclusion to which area or zip code was most influenced with Environmental Racism. The community in itself need to get together and work to make their community better. They can go to the city council and ask for money to make their community a less environmental racism community. And with that they might be less of a target, for putting Hazardous sites in the community.
