Compromises of the Constitution in aspects of representation and slavery

Drafting of the Constitution was not an easy job. The thirteen colonies each had different approaches on how some of the problems were to be settled. People in the rural areas had different ideas than those in the urban areas. Population and size of the states also determined the opinions that led the further compromises in the Constitution. …In order to make everyone in the thirteen colonies satisfied, many compromises were made during the assessment of the Constitution. Without compromises, there would constantly be disagreement amongst the people of the states because each state had their own set of rules and regulations. The Constitution would have never been drafted without compromises. With the compromises settled, a constitution was made that has helped create equality in the system of government from past to present.
