Therefore, resolve conflicts in a collaborative way so that diverging views can be put on the table, and new ways of doing things can be created. Even though I am still enjoying using accommodation and compromising approaches but I will try to exercise collaborative strategy in solving conflicts too so that I can match my company's conflict management style.
