…thought was wrong. Federalist #10 continued the spirit to convince New York and Virginia to agree with the New Constitution, so that the States could be united. The Virginia Resolution also supported the Constitution because it said that they were not going to go with the Alien and Sedition Acts. As to the fifth document (Mercy Otis Warren), I think it was a departure because she seems to be disagreeing with the rules in the Constitution.
