…the law is too flexible. Therefore, capital punishment must exist to threaten those people who want to commit crimes. And also in most developing countries, the government pay for the cost of the jail, it is too expensive for the government to pay for cost of life sentence. The government would rather choose capital punishment. There are too many difference between countries, it is too hard to say the capital punishment is right or wrong.
