…he will be busting people for things he used to do. He has also used his status to get out of things like speeding tickets and D.U.I.s, but this will make him fit in quite well. I have only had one more encounter with Russ since I was a sophomore; I was doing 55 M.P.H. in a 50 M.P.H. zone. He gave me a ticket. He was doing his job!
