I will first describe the basic concept of critical thinking. I will then frame the work issue in two different ways. Next, I will describe the types of thinking used for each problem. Then I will examine the forces of influence that can influence the way the problem is framed. And lastly I
explains "why" something had to be done or a decision made the employee will have more empathy and understanding.
