DNA-Is it fair or unfair to use for or against citizens charged with crimes?

As presidential elections approach, go to the voting poll and cast a vote for the candidate that supports DNA testing. As a group we can make a difference, let's not hesitate to take a stand before more gross injustice is done that would warrant an innocent person losing his/her life.
