Daoism Confucianism Coexisting

…This factor was very influential throughout China. This was one belief in Confucianism that was not in Daoism. Confucianism and Daoism were able to coexist in ancient China. The reason for this was because different parts of each religion pleased the Chinese people. Daoism gave the people an imagination. Confucianism gave the people order and respect in the country. Because of this, the two religions were able to coexist with each other in ancient China.
