…from the work days. Hours of long work may not be good for some people, but might be good with others. I have a friend who works long hours and maintains good grades and has many friends. So in my opinion, I think that long hours of work depends on the person how they were built to work. They can either handle many processes at once, or can barely handle one thing at a time.
