Death penalty is good policy

Two sisters are home alone when a robber enters the house. The younger sister (8) is shot and killed, while the other one hides in horror and witnesses the shooting. Though she manages to escape and save herself, she can never fully recover form what she had seen with her own eyes almost twenty years ago. This story is not unique for my clients. …with their lives. The killer who shot the innocent eight year old girl not only killed her, but forever changed the lives of her sister and her parents. Why should he deserve to live, and get a second chance when he so violently deprived the child of any chance at all. He murdered her in cold blood, and in my opinion there is nothing that could even be an option for his punishment, but death.
