Debate 1 - Is the American Family in Trouble

Written for my Marriage & Intimacy Class this paper deals with a debate on whether the american family is in trouble or not due to ever changing ideals about just what a family entails. …just as good, if not better in some aspects, (some children raised in one-parent families seem to be stronger and more independent than their two-parent counterparts), than children raised in two-parent families. Overall I believe that love is all that is truly required in either a one or two parent family, because where there is love there is faith and hope; and as 1 Corinthians 13 states "Faith, Hope, Love, but the greatest of these is Love."
